Version 1.3 ready

Changes :

- Mainwindow removes (Prgramm is only yet of Systemtray aufrufbar)
- Program is now in german and english available ( can of each users with eigener Sprachdatei extended go )

it would nice if someone my english Sprachdatei revise and adjust would !

Please under windows Vista testing (habs namely not) !
