You erstellst one Image, the somewhere transparent is (semi-transparent is too okay), and schaust, that it only a plain has.
then save You the Icon as name.ico.
then become You to Symbolinformationen demand and You dial for a only plain 32bpp, 8-bit Alpha, no palette from ...
