statt Pixelbreite können auch folgende Werte eingesetzt werden:
LVSCW_AUTOSIZE  = -1 und LVSCW_AUTOSIZE_USEHEADER = -2
bei -1 wird die Spalte so breit gemacht, dass der längste Texteintrag in die Spalte passt,
bei -2 wird die Spalte so breit gemacht, dass die Spaltenüberschrift ind die Spalte pass
