I read different Startwerte over a ini-File in the Programmpfad with "ReadIni$" one. Testweise have I The File umbenannt, so the program tappt im dunkeln not find could. If the ini-File missing, shining the "%IOResult" little To load. is the so?

with one Sign in The Registry there a warning, if the entry not existing.
%IOResult won't affect, there it not circa a klassische Dateioperation deals.
