| OK the following Image is Perhaps at least one small Beweiß for the something not is correct  because these Error Message might it really to initialisiertem OGL not give. here running the ogl Program already ca. 30 sec with 120 fps after The Message coming - before watts the SaveFileDlg called.

No, wieso?
These warning becomes displayed, if Create(hPic, ...) or Create(hSizedPic, ...) the angegebene Image not loading (= as new Bitmap produce and lever give back) can.
otherwise becomes The Message yet of LoadBMP and LoadSzedBMP produced, but the having with &OGLBMP nothing on the hat.

the can z.B. on it lying, I in the routine for create(hPic, ...) forget have, a temporären DC with DeleteObject() To dispose.  therefore is presently to ca. 37 Call Schluss. SORRY!
in the next Subscriptionsversion works it termless.
