Window Redraw During low winexecwait

really sagts the cover already:
can I my Program-Window (and only the!) Redraw let, During low my Proggi in the "WinExecWait" on one other Program wait ???
the others Program is a "Fremdprogramm", there can I nothing Change (z.B. something on "mein" Window send).

can Yes dank GetExitCode Own WinExec-Wait-function produce with eigener Loop - therein would then wohmöglich too autom. neugezeichnet.

here nice CreateProcess-example: [...]  and WinExec gives since Version 11 too The Process-ID back.
