Mit GetCircP kann schnell ein Punkt auf einem Kreis berechnet werden.
GetCircP(r,w) liefert die X-Komponente, GetCircP(r,w+90000) liefert die Y-Komponente.
Der Parameter w wird als Long in tausendstel Grad erwartet.
