the Bundesland as Kommandozeilenparameter. then can Verknüpfungen to that Programmm lay out, with the the desired Bundesland launch.

1 = bavaria
2 = Berlin
3 = Brandenburg
4 = Bremen
5 = Hamburg
6 = Hessen
7 = Mecklenburg-Vorpommern
8 = lower saxony
9 = Nordrhein-Westfalen
10 = Rheinland-Pfalz
11 = Saarland
12 = saxons
13 = saxons-Anhalt
14 = Schleswig-Holstein
15 = Thüringen

Optional can a additional second Startparameter for the desired Schuljahr prompt:

2005 = Schuljahr 2005/2006
