OK, too whom Error have I found. unclear is now allerdingas yet, Why it in the Runtime not auftauchte ... but the should me now not further disturbing: in the next Version becomes it klappen.
Aktueller Workaround by then: Errorlevel to Stringw on -1 settle and thereafter zurücksetzen. The benötigte Speicherplatz for a WString is 2 + (Number of characters * 2).
