find I sooner superfluously. If something in a Thread really Offtopic is, ought to it sooner rausgeschmissen and/or in a Trashcan stuffed go. otherwise is Yes for Offtopic eh the Café zuständig.
These others Statusse (except Perhaps "erledigt") have I yet never using and white too none, for what tappt im dunkeln well his should.

so is a Topic always first "aktiv" To the author it on "erledigt" or "ständig" setting.
so can subscriber too immediate discern for which Topics Engagement demand is -
z.B. here in the Overview for actually Topics: [...] 
or but too in eachone Forum-Overview: [...]
so can Topics too as "ständig" supra anpinnen.
In manchen Forenbereichen How z.B. with whom Codesnippets ( [...] ) has "aktiv" too yet The Sonderbedeutung so marked Topics even not yet into reguläre Themenliste einzufügen because even yet "Diskussionsbedarf" exists.
so rutschen z.B. too with whom Applications ( [...] ) first as not-More-active marked Topics into slot "Anwendungen" -
otherwise sinds "aktive Themen".
