I finds of course nonsense, what You you there again ausgedacht have, but for there several Opportunities:

without windows-Desktop goes XP (with reinem standard-windows) quite nothing - anyway not so, How You you the vorstellst. I habs straight XP-Home ausprobiert.
means vergiß your jest-Program and work rather sensible on your Programmverwaltung o.ä. moreover. under 16-bit-windows (3.1, 3.11) was yet possible, because there before DOS loaded been is.
