if You me your Testprogramm + benötigter Files mail, teste I it times for you.
an integral faster method is through the grafischen Effekts Rotate(). look you best times the four Beispielcodes to that rotate on.
Rotate operates with DIBs, during RotateExtBmp() with Get/SetPixel operates...
