1. DrawIcon name, X%, Y% remaining How yet
2. DrawIcon File, Nr%, X%, Y% corresponds to the recent DrawLibIcon
3. DrawIcon hDLL&, name, X%, Y% corresponds to the recent DrawExtIcon
4. DrawIcon Nr%, X%, Y% corresponds to the recent DrawSysIcon
5. DrawIcon hIcon&, X%, Y% is new and draw the Icon with the Iconhandle hIcon&
6. DrawIcon hImageList&, Nr%, X%, Y% corresponds to the DrawImage from the last Subscriptionsversion
