oGL("INIT", hWnd&, r!, g!, b!, l%)

Initiiert Open-GL for the Window with the lever P:L1(hWnd&) with the Backgroundcolor P:F2(r!), P:F3(g!) and P:F4(b!).

P:I5(l%) standing for following Opportunities:

0 : without Beleuchtungseffekt
l% = 1 : Standardbeleuchtung (LIGHT0)
 with manchen Treibern (on manchen Computern!) functions the ogl.TestMode  not! likewise: with manchen Treibern (on manchen Computern!) functions the ogl.TestMode  not any more if ogl("Done") called, and new with ogl("Init") initiiert watts! who means whom ogl.TestMode  benefit would like ought to the program absolutely check whether the TestMode at all To Disposal standing!
