Can also yet strain, that one a kyrillischen Text latin letters get, means a l2cPCU.c2l()-function?
I have here Texts in kyrillisch, The I as Programmtexte (Buttons, Statics etc.) use must, have but only a kyrillischen Font available, the latin letters based on one engl. Tatstaurlayout in kyrillisch wiedergibt.
The kyrillischen Ausgangstexte I get simply not displayed...

any Strings are as russian stored, when the PC on russian (Regionssprache) umgestellt watts, shows too ExtString everything correctly. on:
once PC to German umgestelt watts, come only ? ? ?
In this case must one The Strings either read and there-and-since transfiguring or bitweise read and a scheduler lay out and the Values allocate, which letters which Bytes (severe said Words because 2 Bytes = 1 Wide hehe) yield.
Or Texts same as latin abspeichern and 1 time transfiguring (s. PCU).
